The location is great, with attractions like Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate within walking distance. There's a Lidl and a bakery nearby for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially one person who went out of their way to change our room. The new room was much better and we were very happy.

I stayed at Arte Luise Kunsthotel for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. I especially loved the courtyard, it had a lovely feel to it. The size of the room was good and I was happy with everything, except for the noise from the nearby train. But they provided earplugs which helped.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the interesting decor in each room, created by different artists. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, even with our luggage. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within a 10-minute walk, including the Hauptbahnhof and a scenic route along the river.
