We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right next to the metro station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities and services such as room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, which enhanced our comfort and convenience during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with most of them speaking English fluently. The bar area was a great place for a one-to-one meeting and the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a diverse selection of delicious food.

The hotel also offers some facilities, such as a kettle in the room, which adds to the convenience.

The wifi in the rooms had some connectivity issues, but it was stated that they were in the process of changing operators and it should be resolved by now.

I had a fantastic stay at Arvena. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my time there. the breakfast was flawless, and I enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant multiple times. the location was convenient, with shops just a short walk away and a delicious steakhouse nearby. Whenever I needed a taxi, the staff was quick to assist, ensuring one arrived within minutes.
