During our recent stay at Grand Hyatt, we were delighted by the hotel's prime location attached to a shopping mall and just a short walk to Pozi Street. On our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons, showcasing the staff's thoughtfulness. The spacious room with a river view added to the charm of our stay. The Grand Club staff were friendly and attentive, while the room layout showed great consideration for our needs. we had a great time walking along the river bank and indulging in local cuisine on Daiping Street. We highly recommend this hotel.

My Christmas vacation at this hotel was truly wonderful. the location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and tourist attractions just within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities. the breakfast and lunch buffets were great, and I liked the fact that there were different types of food items available.

there was a strong smell of smoke in the corridor, which was unpleasant. the service at the all-day-dining restaurant was not up to the mark.

With exclusive amenities such as a well, equipped indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, this hotel lived up to our expectations of luxury. the room was spacious, well, lit, and comfortable. the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious with a wide variety of options. the location was perfect, close to everything and offering a nice river view. the heated swimming pool added to the overall experience and entertainment.

The hotel's location is a definite highlight, as it is conveniently situated opposite the River. Guests can enjoy a nice, relaxing walk along the river bank in the evening. Additionally, the hotel is close to the main Daiping Street, where plenty of good restaurants can be found.

Some guests have mentioned that the staff in the All-Day-Dining restaurant could be more attentive to customer needs, particularly regarding drink orders.
