Breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of vegan and bio options to choose from at good hours. It was easy to get around with the tram and bus just a couple of minutes walk away, and the Old Town was nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall.

The check-in process was a hassle with a computer terminal, leading to long queues. On one stay, the elevator was out of order, resulting in a room on the fourth floor, which was problematic as we had a large dog with us.
