We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location close to the forest and in the mountain surroundings was perfect for us. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was excellent. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and the availability of shops and commercial services nearby. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a beautiful terrace and garden area where we could relax. The rooms were well-equipped with modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The spa and wellness center, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, was a great place to unwind and pamper ourselves. We were impressed with the extensive menu of beauty treatments and massages available. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful stay at Berghotel Oberhof. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even surprising my son with a birthday card and candy bar. The family room was spacious and the food at the hotel was excellent. a superb winter holiday experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an exceptional stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by mountains and close to the forest, which provided us with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel had modern facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the well-stocked bar and the knowledgeable bartender. it was great value for money.

Only issue was the additional charges for bathrobe and towels, which seemed a bit high compared to the reasonably priced rooms.

The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The location was also convenient and easy to find. Another positive aspect was the availability of the swimming pool, which was a nice touch.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the bedding had stains on it. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly or accommodating when we asked for assistance with our bags. our stay was not very pleasant and I would not recommend this hotel.
