The hotel location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and Berlin's Zoo. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. the room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. the complimentary coffee, pastries, and fruits in the reception area were a nice touch.

One minor issue was the automatic outside blinds in the room that couldn't be turned off. While they usually stopped around dinnertime, on some evenings the noise from the busy street outside, especially from revving engines, was a bit bothersome.

So close to everything you need, with the Europa Center mall downstairs for shopping and dining options. The hotel is conveniently located near tube stops, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was okay, clean with a nice view from the fifth floor. The staff was friendly and there were two lifts for convenience.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during my thanksgiving weekend! Loved the comfortable beds and the fact that the room was quiet even though facing a main road. the staff was welcoming and friendly, offering a great breakfast and even complementary tea making facilities & slippers in the room. Location-wise, everything was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the airport. the security measures implemented by the hotel were also excellent!

Although the stay was great, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the arrival area wasn't too impressive, and we needed a key card to use the elevator, which made it a bit challenging when we first arrived with our luggage.

Our stay at the About:Berlin Hotel was fantastic. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The spacious rooms were a great surprise, and we loved the separate seating area. The security measures made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. The wifi was reliable and fast, and the value for money was exceptional. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

One drawback was the lack of a fridge in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. However, considering all the other positives, it didn't significantly impact our stay.

the XL room was quiet and spacious, allowing us to rest comfortably. the hotel's location near the Zoological Garden Station and Wittenbergplatz was ideal for exploring Berlin. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in. the hotel's proximity to the hop on & off tour bus, shops, restaurants, and the zoo was very convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.
