We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, and even provided us with a free cot for one of our toddlers. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room also had a sofa bed, which meant we didn't have to share our bed with our 3-year-old. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel. the location was convenient, with two supermarkets right next to the property. we had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador hotel.

This hotel in the heart of Baunatal ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well presented and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The location is perfect, right in the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the "VW" town of Baunatal. And with breakfast included, it's great value for money.

I received a warm welcome upon arrival, with a complimentary drink to help me relax after a long journey. The staff at Best Western were friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a kettle in the room, I found the hotel to be very comfortable and clean. The breakfast menu was excellent, and I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room. The location was also convenient, with free parking and easy access to the motorway. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay at Best Western. The design and style of the hotel were impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were delighted to find a family room that accommodated all four of us, which can be a challenge at other hotels. The 24-hour reception and parking underneath the hotel were convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower room was perfect, and we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. The prices in the mini bar were also reasonable. Although we didn't have time for breakfast, the hotel provided coffee, hot chocolate, and an apple free of charge. we would highly recommend this hotel.
