The staff was friendly and accommodating, even letting me work remotely before check-in. Breakfast had a solid variety, definitely better than expected. noise from neighboring rooms was a drawback, and the doors separating living areas felt fragile. housekeeping didn’t always provide enough towels for our family. It’s a cozy spot, just needs a bit of attention to soundproofing and housekeeping consistency.

The bathroom needed attention, as the toilet was problematic. Despite the issues, the prompt airport shuttle service was helpful, although it didn't accommodate early flights.

The breakfast starts a bit later, which could be a plus for some but might leave early risers hungry.
