The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It made it easy to explore all the key landmarks and enjoy the local restaurants and gelaterias. the staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and accommodate our needs. The host, Sharon, even went out to buy cappuccinos from a nearby cafe when the coffee machine wasn't working.

To our stay. the entrance near the elevator had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to be a problem with the building itself.

Convenient location, short walk to attractions, still quiet. Friendly staff, clean and tastefully decorated facility. Good breakfast. Highly recommended for visiting the city.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. Antica Dimora De' Benci Bed & Breakfast was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our suite was perfect for our family of four, with a spacious downstairs bedroom for the kids. the beds were the most comfortable we had during our entire trip. the staff, especially Sharon and Patrizia, were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in the city. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we even had the surprise of an Amazon Fire stick to watch Netflix on the TV. We can't wait to return and experience this charming B&B again!

You can think of it as being more like a cozy home rather than a hotel. Everything is done with good taste. Sharon and her husband welcomed and treated us very well.
