While the hotel staff lacked professionalism and offered a late checkout as a solution to noise issues, the hotel itself is nice with good facilities. Despite the disappointment with customer service regarding a damaged phone, the location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with great pools. noise from adjoining rooms and external sources could disturb your relaxation.

Pools beckoned, but twilight whispers froze water ballet. Room duet with sister below soaring WB echoes. Heroes wait in venue wings. Panning back, snack symphony unfolds. Motion slows, pacing Warner world. the journey within, each switch a twist of whimsy! .

Lovely staff, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms offering great value. the pools are fantastic, and the location is convenient - just a short walk from Yas Mall, Yas Waterworld, and WB World. the 24/7 gym is well-equipped.

The views from my room at Doubletree By Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences were breathtaking. the complimentary water, chocolates, and cookies added a special touch to my experience.

The water in the pools is not cooled, making it less refreshing for a swim.

It was all superb.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a wonderful residence near all the Yas theme parks. The location was perfect for exploring as it was very close to so many attractions on Yas Island. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, from the front desks to the security and pool bar staff. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and there was even an opportunity to take photos with Warner Bros mascots. The hotel also offered quick valet and parking services, which were very convenient. it was a marvelous experience.

The noise proofing from the hallway could have been better.

The staff made our stay unforgettable, arranging a special birthday celebration with chocolates and cake. The room was immaculate with a pool view on a high floor. James went above and beyond, printing our flight tickets and arranging taxis. Overall I highly recommend Doubletree by Hilton.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect for easy access to nearby theme parks. Our room was spacious, clean, and had modern appliances, including a fantastic washing machine with good dryer function. the service was excellent, especially the attentive receptionist James and informative porter Frank. the housekeeping team also did a great job fulfilling our requests and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the luxurious amenities and were fully satisfied with our experience.

The hotel offered complementary cakes and chocolates for Christmas which was a lovely touch. It is located within walking distance to several attractions such as Yas Waterworld and a shopping mall. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished with a modern kitchenette, great for those who wish to cook their own meals.

The noise insulation was poor, as we could hear people in the hallway and the next room. the pool water was not cooled and the filter made a constant noise, making it hard to relax.

Ik had een geweldig verblijf in deze B&B in het centrum van de stad. De ligging van het hotel was perfect, vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Alles was op loopafstand, wat erg handig was. Het hotel bood ook parkeergelegenheid, dus ik hoefde me geen zorgen te maken over het vinden van een plek voor mijn auto. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze gaven me goede tips over wat te doen en waar te eten. Het ontbijt elke ochtend was heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan gerechten om uit te kiezen. De kamers waren ook zeer schoon en comfortabel, met moderne faciliteiten zoals airconditioning en thee- en koffiefaciliteiten.
