my recent stay in hermannsburg was amazing. best western truly exceeded my expectations this time. the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast spread was good, and the cleanliness of the property was top-notch. i also loved the location for exploring lüneburg area.

Parking was a hassle.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially during these challenging times. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. We were impressed with the delicious dinner options and the extensive breakfast spread, which included fresh rolls and croissants. The hotel's location was lovely, with convenient access to grocery stores, a gasthouse, and a cafe. We also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing two bowls and a snack for our dog in the room. It's these small touches that made our stay truly memorable.

Spent the xmas at a hotel in a quaint town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of fresh food. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. enjoyed the sauna area, which was very relaxing to use after a day of exploring.

Parking was a bit challenging with a small overflow lot across the street. the sound of church bells ringing throughout the night made it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety.
