The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From helping with trekking arrangements to offering local recommendations, their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly stood out.

The hotel was cheap and clean, which are two things that are important when traveling on a budget. It was also situated in a good location, close to the main street and public transportation. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience. There were also limited amenities, including no breakfast or on-site restaurant.

The hotel manager was like a "superman" who anticipated our needs and offered various adventure options. He even arranged a replacement car when ours broke down. Very impressed! I highly recommend this hotel.
