The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious croissants. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all my requests. The location was convenient, with a great Italian restaurant nearby and amenities like tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the old city and with a bus route nearby. I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Mainz and would recommend it.

The breakfast was good with several options to choose from and the staff was friendly. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and some restaurants nearby. the rooms were spacious enough to move around comfortably.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the furniture in the rooms was worn out. the carpets in the hallways and the rooms looked dirty and in need of a deep clean or replacement.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area of the city center and offering stunning views from its hilltop position. Spacious room with a kitchen block, choice of pillows, and excellent bathroom with a bath. Hotel has a spacious car park and tastefully decorated corridors. The Italian restaurant served excellent food, and breakfast was good with delicious salmon. I would recommend this hotel.
