I booked a two separate bed room and initially got one double bed, but after discussing it with the reception, they kindly exchanged it for a room with two separate beds. The staff was helpful overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The heating system worked well, which was important during my winter visit. The WiFi was also reliable. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Plaza for a comfortable stay in Berlin.

What a fantastic experience we had over Thanksgiving break! the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

Despite all the great things about this hotel, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted from the experience. the air conditioning in our room wasn't as effective as we had hoped, making for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep.

We stayed in a hotel with a fantastic location, just a short walk to the S-Bahn station Berlin Friedrichstraße for all transport around the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles for a reasonable price. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hallway had a bit of a strange smell and we could occasionally hear the sound of toilets flushing from other rooms.

We found that some of the answers given by the staff were not accurate, but aside from that, everything was great. We had asked them to switch off the music in our room, which they promptly did.
