Perfect getaway!

We stayed for 3 days and loved it! The staff was super friendly, and Gaby stood out as the best at breakfast—she always had a smile. Loved the big selection of food there! The only thing was the parking fee. it was a bit of a bummer, but totally secure. Super close to explore the cute downtown, too.

i thought that the staff would be accommodating, but no, the receptionist was unfriendly, and my room wasn’t even clean by 330pm. how hard can it be? i almost gave a good review, but i didn’t get a room upgrade or any complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. it’s a shame, really.

The hotel had a welcoming feel. I had a pleasant time, worth the visit for a single traveler like me.

Had a lovely stay in a clean room with comfy beds. The breakfast was legit amazing, so many options! Staff were friendly, but it was a bummer not having a remote for the TV in the room. The bar area was nice for a casual wind-down. Location was perfect for grabbing food and drinks nearby!

The location was super handy for exploring the charming old town and castles (and loved the sauna! ). The staff offered helpful local tips, and the breakfast had an enjoyable variety.

Just wish the pillows were a bit firmer as they felt a little too soft for our liking. Also, some more parking options would have been convenient.

the best western plus has a perfect location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. the staff at the front desk were super helpful, and knowing english made check-in a breeze. plus, the sauna was a great way to relax after exploring the area. the view of the new swanstone castle from the hotel is simply marvelous.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend break in Fussen with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome, especially the young man who helped me with my check-in. Bring a travel pillow if you like extra comfort at night. the beds are a bit firm.
