Located conveniently close to a shopping mall, exhibition center and public transport. The rooms were decorated nicely, large and had comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection and some additional facilities such as a mini-bar in the lobby. Staff were professional, efficient and welcoming throughout the stay.

One guest had an unpleasant experience with cleaning staff entering the room without permission.

The location was great, being close to a big shopping center which was open most of the time, except on Sundays. It was also convenient as it was only a 5-minute walk to the metro station and a 15-minute walk to the main railway station. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The service was excellent, with a friendly reception staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a good espresso/coffee.

One downside was that the reception staff was not as suitable for a 4-star hotel, as they took multiple requests to solve a small problem in our room.

We loved staying here! The location is great – in a nice neighborhood with lots of construction which made it feel lively. It's only a 10-12 minute walk to the S bahn "Messe" station and it’s pretty quiet here. The Sky Plaza mall is also very close so it's easy to just pop over and get what you need. The service was also wonderful – we got room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping every day. The amenities in the room were great too – we had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms were a great touch.

We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great value for our money at Capri By Fraser. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a convenient kitchen setup. The location was perfect for us, close to the hospital and right next to a fantastic shopping mall. The staff, especially Simona at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend in Frankfurt with friends. the hotel’s complementary Easter eggs and chocolates were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a big shopping center and plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine.

The breakfast didn’t live up to our expectations, with only basic options and no mention that it was just supermarket sandwiches.
