The hotel lacks sufficient measures to ensure a peaceful and tranquil environment. The presence of children in the spa area, despite a minimal age requirement, can disrupt the serenity that guests seek during their stay.

Our recent stay proved to be memorable with an outstanding view of the mountains from our room, and great amenities within the surroundings. the location was good with easy access to nearby attractions. A shuttle service was offered as well, making transportation a breeze.

Though most of the staff was pleasant, our experience was dampened by a couple of employees who seemed aloof or disinterested. the quality of food at the hotel’s restaurant was a bit lacking in comparison to other options in the area.

This hotel takes luxury to a whole new level. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by polite and professional staff. the spa and wellness centre offer top, notch facilities and exclusive amenities. the massage therapists were skilled, and the treatment left us feeling rejuvenated. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sundeck and garden area were spectacular, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. the restaurant food was excellently prepared, and we highly recommend trying the special diet menus.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the live entertainment. It was not as frequent as we would have liked, and there was no option to request a certain type of music.
