I recently stayed at a hotel during a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in, even arranging for a card to be left for me to access my room after hours. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, with brand new amenities such as a microwave and fridge in the room. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which was important for my work.

There were some downsides to my stay. The rooms were not as soundproof as advertised, and I could hear noise from the corridor.
