The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in, even arranging for a card to be left for me to access my room after hours. the hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, with brand new amenities such as a microwave and fridge in the room. the internet connection was strong and reliable, which was important for my work.

The rooms were not as soundproof as advertised, and I could hear noise from the corridor. There were also some strange knocking sounds during windy weather, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
