Just a small heads up, the iron staircase connecting the balcony to the courtyard may be a bit daunting for those afraid of heights.

The room was clean and the bed was incredibly cozy, giving me a great night's sleep. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved having a kitchen for morning coffee and the strong wifi made it easy for me to work in between my adventures. The dipping pool in the back was a refreshing escape from the heat. I had a wonderful experience at Zonaz Boutique and will definitely recommend it to others.

We loved the location of Zona Z Boutique Hotel, nestled on a quiet dead end street just a few blocks from Playa De Los Muertos. It was perfect for our family with 2 small kids, allowing us to enjoy the nearby festivities but also retreat to a peaceful atmosphere. The short funicular rail and stairways provided easy access to the beach, and the compact room had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and coffee maker.

Felt like our own home, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and it was such a delight! The location was perfect for me, close to the hip and cool area of town. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely sitting area and even a terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. I also appreciated the free wi-fi in the room, which made it easy to stay connected to my work. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping was top-notch, always ensuring the room was tidy and fresh.

If you are traveling with family this hotel may not be the best fit, but for solo travelers or couples, this place is a definite must-stay.

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving getaway. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were definitely a plus. the hotel's location was spot on, just a few blocks away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. It was really convenient to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, especially the cool mural in the courtyard.

Our room was facing the street and we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. the noise from the street and partying nearby was a bit too much at times.

I loved the unique Mexican decor in each room, blending traditional and modern styles. the hotel also offers massage services, including chiropractic services by Dr Mark. the friendly staff greeted us with margaritas and provided beach towels and a beach bag for our convenience. the courtyard with its pool and waterfall was a relaxing oasis. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

the property was located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It was also just a short walk away from the main beach, which was very convenient. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a unique Mexican theme in each room. the staff were incredibly welcoming and even greeted us with margaritas upon arrival. the room was spotless and had a comfy king bed with triple sheeting. the courtyard had a stunning pool with a soothing waterfall feature, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
