Christmas at this hotel was a charming experience. the well-appointed rooms were clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We loved the two complementary fact offered by the hotel staff. the location was spot on with many attractions within walking distance, including numerous restaurants and shops. the warm and friendly staff made our stay extra special.

The in-room cleaning schedule was a bit inconvenient. Cleaning took place only after every three days, which meant we had to ask for fresh towels on occasion, which the staff happily provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Clipper Boardinghouse - Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and all the major sights within walking distance. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a microwave and coffee machine. The added bonus of a free washing machine and dryer just one floor above was a great convenience. We also enjoyed being so close to Galleries Lafayette and its amazing food hall.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the difficulty in using the thick bed covers and the limited cleaning frequency, these did not detract from our overall positive experience. The furniture was comfortable, the towels were of high quality, and the entire place was incredibly clean.
