The room was nice and clean, with a large bed. It was also close to the bus station for easy transportation. Another great aspect was its proximity to Check Point Charlie and many nice restaurants. I was also able to get my room hours before check-in, which was fantastic!

They made us feel welcome and ensured we had a comfortable experience. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and accommodating. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and popular sites like Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, and Tiergarten. we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Berlin for a very special occasion. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even upgraded our room and surprised us with rose petals, champagne, strawberries, and chocolate. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Nadine Hermann, was extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was ideal. This hotel is in a great location, close to the town center and easily accessible by foot or U-bahn. I was able to visit famous landmarks such as Checkpoint Charlie and Museum Island within walking distance. It was also convenient to have the bus station for the airport right here. The staff was very nice and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The payment process for the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as they froze the full amount for the rooms plus a deposit from our account during check-in. Additionally, some of the staff at check-in were a bit rude.

When we stayed here, we couldn't help but appreciate the great location of this place. It's situated right in the middle of the city, which made it very easy for us to get to wherever we wanted to go. We were also within walking distance of the Spittelmarkt U Bahn station, which was very convenient. Another great thing about this hotel is that it's located in a quiet area, which we really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The staff here were excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeepers. They were all friendly and very service oriented, making sure we had everything we needed.

If you're in town with your car, this place is a good option. Highly recommended!
