I had a wonderful experience dining at the Kempinski restaurant situated next to the pond. The location was convenient to transportation and the view of the High Tatra peaks mirrored on the lake in the early morning was simply breathtaking. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a separate walk-in shower and bath. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The spa facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax after a long day.

There was a lack of control in the pool area, with kids playing with balloons and the wellness area being crowded with children.

Upon arrival at Kempinski, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who offered us a refreshing welcome drink. Our room was stunning and had a beautiful layout with a luxurious bath and shower. Everything was meticulously placed, providing a delightful experience.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, just steps away from the picturesque lake and stunning High Tatra mountains. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the spa, it was so relaxing and the views were breathtaking. The service and staff were incredibly professional, making my experience even better. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast with its wide variety of choices. But what stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the mountains. The service was outstanding and the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa lounge and Jacuzzi, fulfilled all my needs. The room was spacious and had exclusive advantages that made my stay more comfortable.

The only negative aspect was the slow internet connection, which made it difficult to work.
