The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll down to the lake and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we particularly loved dining al fresco while enjoying the stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our beds were set up exactly how we preferred. We also received a guest card which provided us with discounts and free access to various activities in the area.

The noise between the rooms was not ideal, as we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the wellness center. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay extra enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. the food was delicious, and the spa was relaxing and clean. the location was perfect for enjoying the winter scenery, with easy access to nearby attractions, including ski resorts and snowshoe trails. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a long day of winter activities.

While the hotel overall was comfortable, there were some minor issues. the room was a bit small, and the walls were thin, which allowed for noise to transfer easily.

I was amazed by the breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from almost every corner of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of options for everyone's taste. The spa area was posh and luxurious, offering spacious saunas and relaxing rooms. The outdoor pool was a delightful addition, especially on hot days.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent massage and beauty treatments that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also top-notch, and the sun terrace provided beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The slow service in the restaurant during breakfast. There seemed to be too few staff for the number of guests, resulting in long wait times for our food to arrive.

the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the rooms were not only stylish and comfortable, but also immaculate, and the attention to detail, such as providing two single duvets on each big bed, was much appreciated. the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection, and dining with the stunning views of the lake made each meal a special occasion. the spa was simply amazing, with a spacious sauna area and friendly, professional staff. It was truly a slice of heaven, combining luxury, comfort, and natural beauty in one package.
