The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling my request for an upgraded room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the hotel.

The pool and sauna were incredibly relaxing and the water was crystal clear. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a modern and clean aesthetic. And of course, we can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast. The continental spread offered a great variety and was a perfect start to our day.

The highlight of our stay was the pool and wellness area, which was well-maintained and organized. Our kid had a lot of fun there. There was a mix-up with the room assignment during our stay, which resulted in another guest gaining unexpected access to our room. The hotel staff apologized for the error, but it was a concerning and distressing experience that should not have occurred.
