The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the hotel.

There was a mix-up with the room assignment during our stay, which resulted in another guest gaining unexpected access to our room. The hotel staff apologized for the error, but it was a concerning and distressing experience that should not have occurred.
