The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling my request for an upgraded room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the hotel.

The pool and sauna were incredibly relaxing and the water was crystal clear. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a modern and clean aesthetic. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a bathrobe provided. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore Sanssouci park and take leisurely walks around the area. And of course, we can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast. The continental spread offered a great variety and was a perfect start to our day.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Potsdam. the staff at Dorint were incredibly friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. the highlight of our stay was the pool and wellness area, which was well-maintained and organized. Our kid had a lot of fun there. We also appreciated that they added a bed for our child at no extra cost. the hotel was conveniently located near beautiful attractions and the breakfast offered a good choice of tasty food.

There was a mix-up with the room assignment during our stay, which resulted in another guest gaining unexpected access to our room. The hotel staff apologized for the error, but it was a concerning and distressing experience that should not have occurred.

The location is perfect, and I could easily walk to Sanssouci Palace and the park. The staff was brilliant and able to deal with all my queries. They were always friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and I even had a terrace with garden furniture to relax on. The hotel had great amenities like a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. I loved taking a dip in the pool and then lounging on the sun loungers. the service, location, and facilities were top-notch.
