Room quality was commendable, with a fantastic breakfast and plenty of dining options for all tastes.

Staff service was unfortunately marred by occasional rudeness, and lengthy waits at check-in dampened the experience.

I was disappointed with the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room. Although I could request a kettle from housekeeping, it felt inconvenient to have to purchase tea on top of that.

Comfortable bed, modern room, with an excellent shower that made for a refreshing experience during my stay, complemented by friendly staff who provided great customer service, all conveniently located just a short 5-minute stroll from public transport links that easily access the city center.

Loved the modern vibe and huge rooms with comfy beds! The bathroom was spacious, complete with a powerful shower and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. Plus, it's just a quick 3-minute stroll to the train station.

The mini bar's water costs 5€—guess I can’t stay hydrated unless I break the bank! Also, not quite in the city center, but the public transport helps. barely.

The family room was spacious and well-maintained (kudos to the housekeeping! ). The staff were attentive and provided excellent assistance. The location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, while the bar offered a refreshing drink after a long day.

The pillows were quite thin, leaving my head feeling a bit unsupported. I found the parking rates to be a bit on the higher side, which added to the overall cost.

Loved the variety of dining options—breakfast was amazing with a great spread of hot and cold food. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Spa area was awesome but could get a bit crowded after conferences.

Though it was a bit tricky navigating public transport, it’s manageable. Also, the breakfast crowd can be chaotic, especially at peak times.

Stylish, modern building close to the S-Bahn station. My spacious room had a fantastic view, which made my stay more enjoyable.
