From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the grandeur of the hotel. The spacious room we stayed in was stunning, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional spa experience. The lady in the spa, Lilly, was absolutely amazing and provided top-notch service with attention to every detail. The hotel itself had outstanding facilities, making our stay truly enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the bad Wi-Fi connection and the noise from other guests, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and luxurious atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in what used to be East Berlin, which may not be the greatest of areas, but it offers a useful location close to the city center. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. The hotel is also well-connected to public transport, allowing for cheap trips across the whole city.

The service in the hotel was inconsistent, which was a letdown considering the price and star rating.

The Easter egg hunt was fun for the kids and the chocolate eggs were tasty. The live music at the restaurant was also enjoyable. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing.

This place is conveniently located near the S-Bahn and has a variety of services including room service, bicycle hire, and laundry. There are also plenty of amenities in the room to make my stay comfortable, such as the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. In addition, the staff at reception are organized and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is close to the Zoological Gardens and within easy reach of public transportation.
