I had a fantastic experience staying at a hotel for the first time. The value for my money was great, and the room was clean and new. The location was perfect, with beautiful views from the rooms. The staff, especially Maria at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the morning meal could have been better.

One aspect that I didn't like was the swimming pool policy that required guests to wear caps. This information was not clearly communicated and I had to purchase a cap before being able to use the pool.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to my day. Additionally, the spa experience and massage I had was excellent, adding a touch of relaxation to my trip.

Loved the gym and sports center, which had top quality equipment, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps from the main shopping district. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the lobby, where we spent most of our evenings sipping drinks.

The staff at reception was not very friendly and welcoming, which made our check-in experience quite unpleasant. the room was small and outdated, and the bathroom had some drainage issues.
