I recently enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Jefferson City At Capital Mall. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always checking to ensure my needs were met. The room was freshly remodeled, spacious, and impeccably clean, which made my visit very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection, including freshly baked pastries and an array of delicious hot and cold options.

The room was very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. I had a frustrating experience with rude front desk service when I asked about the internet.

well, the breakfast was absolutely subpar, and I was really disappointed with the $10 charge to switch to a room that actually had a fridge, I mean really? as a special guest, I thought I would at least receive some complimentary gestures for the trouble. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Nice big room with comfy bed, and the breakfast spread was a treat. Staff was real friendly—got us what we needed with a smile. Only thing was, I wish there was a fridge in our room without extra charges. Can't be too picky, though, it was a good stay overall!

I really enjoyed my stay—had a newly renovated room that was both comfortable and clean. The helpful staff made me feel right at home! The hotel was just about a 2 km stroll to Binder State Park, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk, and the Missouri State Capitol was also pretty close, making it easy to explore iconic landmarks in the area.

The brekkie was lekker, proper spread with sausages and eggs—best hotel food I've had in ages. The staff was sharp-sharp, super attentive. Rooms were nice and clean, and easy to get to with maps.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel with kiddo. The indoor pool was a hit, and it was great having free Wi-Fi to keep everyone connected. The Missouri State Capitol nearby offered a nice spot for family exploring.

My wife says that the air conditioning needs attention.
