The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great breakfast and 24-hour reception. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the U-Bahn and not far from the city center.

The location was perfect for our conference, and we were also delighted to find free water in the room. the service, comfort, and location of this place made our stay here truly enjoyable.

Excellent stay! We arrived midday and our rooms weren't ready, but the staff quickly rectified the situation. They stored our bags and even gave us transportation tips. When we returned in the evening, our bags were already in our spacious room, which was a delightful surprise. It was my husband's birthday and they left a beautiful fruit platter with a sweet message. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, and had great amenities like a kitchenette and walk-in wardrobe. We enjoyed using the well-equipped gym during our stay. The reception staff, especially Christina, were so friendly and helpful. They granted us a late check-out and allowed us to leave our bags at the reception so we could explore the city. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to Marienplatz. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the delicious food they offered. the harsh browns were simply amazing! Another great aspect was the comfortable and spacious room, especially the beds. It provided a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the ambience of the hotel was excellent, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere. It was a perfect setting for the holiday season.

The one aspect that I really disliked was the expensive carpark. If you're planning on driving, be prepared to spend a hefty sum for parking.

The housekeeping and shoe shine service were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the newspaper service, keeping us updated during our stay. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The mini-bar and bottled water were a nice touch, and the in-room safe made us feel secure. The individual heating allowed us to control the temperature to our liking, and the hair dryer in the private bathroom was very convenient. The bathrobe and microwave in the room were unexpected but delightful surprises. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing haven.
