The hotel was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of options to choose from.

Our New Year's experience was ruined by the lack of communication from the hotel staff. The reception was closed on New Year's Day, but we were not informed beforehand. We had to find out on our own that we had to check-in at another hotel. This created unnecessary stress and confusion during our stay.
