The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to shops along Jalan Tar and a nearby shopping mall. It is also near to Sogo and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with super white bed sheets and pillows. The bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. The staff provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful employees at the front desk and security personnel who assist with carrying luggage. The breakfast is satisfying, with a variety of menu options available. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

One minor negative aspect is that the TV in the room does not function very well.

I had an amazing Easter getaway with my family. the hotel was located near the city center and we had easy access to most of the major attractions. we received complementary gifts upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable which made our stay quite cozy.

The noise from outside during the night was quite unbearable, and the curtains did not block out the light well. We also had a few issues with ants on the beds, which was quite annoying.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room, as shown in the pictures, was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extra friendly and very welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, situated on a busy main street with plenty of shops nearby. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient for our needs.

As a vegetarian, I had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel near SOGO shopping mall and textile outlet. The hotel's proximity to public transport made it easy for me to explore the city. The spacious room and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. the nearby night market provided a variety of food options for vegetarians like me.

The lack of parking space required me to use a nearby mall's parking area, which was slightly expensive.
