During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated that there were memory foam mattresses on the beds, which made sleeping very comfortable. the breakfast was also noteworthy, with a good variety of options and good quality. the hotel's key location made it easy to access nearby locations for my Christmas festivities.

There were some aspects that were not as great. the staff at reception seemed uninterested in providing a warm welcome or helpful information.

the service and staff were incredibly friendly and the back yard was beautiful. the room was clean and modern, and the fact that they had air conditioning was a great bonus.

The hotel had a great location near Stahnsdorf and Harnack Haus. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the canal. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture added a touch of luxury to the outdoor spaces.

My recent stay at Ginn Hotel Berlin Potsdam was excellent. The location was ideal for my needs, and the hotel had a peaceful and modern ambiance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were outstanding and provided exceptional service. I also appreciated that the hotel provided feather pillows as requested.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this in advance, as I specifically chose the hotel for its restaurant.
