During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated that there were memory foam mattresses on the beds, which made sleeping very comfortable. The breakfast was also noteworthy, with a good variety of options and good quality. the hotel's key location made it easy to access nearby locations for my Christmas festivities.

There were some aspects that were not as great. The staff at reception seemed uninterested in providing a warm welcome or helpful information.

The garden furniture added a touch of luxury to the outdoor spaces.

My recent stay at Ginn Hotel Berlin Potsdam was excellent. The location was ideal for my needs, and the hotel had a peaceful and modern ambiance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were outstanding and provided exceptional service. I also appreciated that the hotel provided feather pillows as requested.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this in advance, as I specifically chose the hotel for its restaurant.
