As young people, we loved the convenient location right by Sannomiya bus and train stations. The hotel was a great base for exploring Kobe, with plenty of eating options nearby. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay most comfortable.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Kobe for 3 nights. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist me during my stay. The hotel itself is newly opened and has a minimalistic design, with clean and fresh towels provided daily. I loved the eco-friendly option and the free use of a tablet in the room. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Another bonus was the convenient location, just one block away from the train station. The staff even helped me book an airport taxi and assisted with my luggage. I can't wait to go back!

There are also plenty of great restaurant options nearby, including one that is located right in the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that have all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and, in some rooms, a great view of the station.

The coffee machine may occasionally not work properly, but the staff is always polite and helpful in resolving any issues.

The room was clean and cozy. There were two complementary gifts waiting for us in the room which was a lovely surprise. the location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and great food options nearby. We also enjoyed the quietness of our room.

The limited variation of the breakfast menu and the quality of the food didn't justify the high price. the hotel staff was unable to recommend good restaurants for the local specialty.
