We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, nestled in the midst of nature and surrounded by a serene forest. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and being able to explore the beautiful surroundings. The service here was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always friendly and competent. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities and services, including room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, which added to the enhanced comfort and convenience of our stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with various amenities such as heating, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options and the location was convenient for exploring the surroundings. , the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with finding local attractions.

The heating system in the hotel was not efficient, and we found our room cold upon arrival. We had to manually turn on the radiators and wait for them to heat up.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning Roccoco-style building and modern interior of this well-kept hotel. The spa/wellness services were excellent, and the restaurant served delicious menus with friendly service. Additionally, the hotel promptly and free of charge sent us our forgotten belongings. we highly recommend this hotel.
