Construction noise hampered daytime rest, yet great location.

The attentive staff was a standout, and the modern room design made the stay cozy. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel, but breakfast could use more variety, especially for international tastes.

The Recoleta Grand is located in a walkable area with many dining options nearby. The staff, especially Maria at reception, were very helpful. However, maintenance could be improved, as our room had stained furniture and the shower needed updating. Still, it's a decent choice for its location and staff support.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring made-to-order items along with an impressive spread that catered to a variety of tastes.

Despite the excellent service from the front desk, the hotel did not clearly communicate the charges for coffee pods in the room, which felt misleading.

Room 601 was like a dream, so spacious and comfy! The chommies at reception were super helpful, always ready to give tips about the local scene. The area is really lekker for jolling around, close to everything you wanna see!

But the bathroom could've had a bit of a fresher smell, nah, just a small thing really.

My stay was marred by unexpected charges. I thought the coffee in the room was complimentary, only to find out I owed for the pods. Additionally, the restaurant's pricing was outrageous, and the food was mediocre at best. I also had issues with a shower that wouldn't turn off, and it took an hour for someone to address it. I left feeling frustrated by these inconveniences.

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel where the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the helpful staff made my experience even better. Being just about 500 meters from the beautiful recoleta park and only a short stroll to famous attractions like plaza de mayo truly made my weekend exploring the city memorable.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the hotel offered a lovely breakfast with a great food selection that included delicious fruits and cheeses. A nice gym for guests to unwind after a day of exploring and is just 10 km from the airport making travel easy.
