Excellent hotel in the heart of Recoleta

We were delighted by our stay at a hotel in Recoleta. The room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, allowing us to get a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and it was convenient that it was available until late in the morning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing clean towels on our last day when we had arranged for a late check-out. we highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and prime location in Recoleta.

The food, both breakfast and the meals we ordered, was superb and delicious. The hotel's location in a safe neighborhood allowed us to easily explore restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel is located in a pleasant district with easy access to tourist areas. It is close to the famous cemetery, which is a must-see when in the area. The rooms are spacious with ample storage and a generous-sized bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel appreciated. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the lunch menu has delicious and generous portions.

The food at the hotel, particularly the pizza and sandwich, had a strange taste due to the use of tomatoes.

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. the location was ideal - close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, especially for the price we paid. the mattress wasn't very comfortable, and we had some trouble sleeping.

This hotel provides exclusive and luxurious amenities. the service was exceptional, and the Spa and wellness center are one of the highlights. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are located in a pleasant outdoor area with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar. the rooftop pool offers impressive views of the city. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages such as a private sauna, library, and sun terrace. the restaurant serves delicious dinner, and buffet breakfast with special diet menus.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for those who seek to be in the center of the city. it was still a great area with many attractions nearby.
