Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The venue was a luxurious and exclusive five-star hotel with a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre. the service was exceptional, and the staff was polite, friendly, and professional, catering to all our needs and requirements. Our room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, offering exclusive amenities and an excellent view of the city. The restaurant served a variety of international cuisine, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area provided a relaxed and refined atmosphere for drinks. Cons: the only minor issue was some noise from outside the hotel during the night, although it didn't affect our sleep quality.

With a late-opening restaurant, convenient location, and the option to dine al fresco, Grand Elysee Hamburg is perfect for late arrivals and those attending conferences at Hamburg Messe. The friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms make for a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with extra spacious beds for a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a range of delicious breakfast options to start our day. Plus, the hotel's leafy suburb location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The shower floor in the room was quite slippery, which posed a safety hazard.

Outstanding Service & Attention to Detail

Great SPA facilities and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. the convenient location made it easy to get around and explore the city. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and parking.

We were disturbed during the night by loud events on two separate occasions. It would have been better if we were informed about these events during check-in so we could have planned accordingly.

The hotel's location was perfect, being just 5 minutes away from Hamburg Messe by taxi in the morning. We enjoyed a lovely evening in the hotel's bar after dining in the Piazza Romana. The room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the Alster. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with fluffy towels and luxurious Molton Brown amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh foods and fish, offering something for everyone.
