Excellent bathroom and separate toilet facilities.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast situation. I expected a decent meal but was shocked to learn the hotel has no restaurant and that the breakfast options were so limited. On the first day, I received a Japanese-style breakfast that my wife couldn't even eat due to her shellfish allergy.

The hotel location was superb, just a short walk from the subway and convenient for exploring the city.

Although the room amenities were nice, I was quite disappointed that the request for an early check-in was initially met with resistance, despite there being rooms available.

Braw location, just a short walk to the subway and lovely pubs! The room had cracking amenities, especially the comfy beds and tea set. Only downside was the shower area could’ve had better ventilation. Still, we had a braw time!

The in-room tea ceremony added a serene touch to our evenings, and the separate toilet with sensor lighting was a delightful surprise. The hotel's location provided a peaceful retreat while being close to popular attractions.

the hotel alza kyoto was super chill, really liked the small vibe with only about 20 rooms. the staff were so helpful and the view of the kamo river was gorgeous for a walk or jog. loved that it was close to the major train station and still had that quiet feel. really comfy room with nice vibes. overall, it was the best stay ever and would totally come back!

Sweet as stay, bro! Room was massive with a great view, but the brekkie options were limited, and noise from below was a bit much. Chur for the comfy vibes, though!

In-room breakfast was great, but the wi-fi was a bit slow at times.

Had a really nice time! The room was spacious and the separate toilet room was kind of fancy with sensors that lit up and warmed the seat, perfect for those midnight runs! The view of the river, even from street level, was breathtaking, but I think higher would have been better for more privacy.

The price was on the hefty side but considering the experience, it was manageable.

Loved the staff's kindness—offered tea at check-in and even shared a map for a local festival! The location was awesome, super close to shops and the Gion area for great nightlife!

Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the breakfast choices left something to be desired.
