the noise in our room was terrible, it was like staying at a nightclub. the pillows were so flat, I thought I would suffocate, and I definitely woudl ve appreciated some real comfort. I almost gave a good review but couldn’t since no one bothered to take care of my concerns.

The evening staff brought gluten-free options to the breakfast table, making our start to the day feel personalized and exceptional. The spacious layout and modern decor inspired a truly welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

My stay at Springhill Suites felt very disappointing. I encountered noise disturbances throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast selection was lacking, with many items not refreshed by the time I arrived, leaving me with almost nothing to eat. Additionally, the condition of the room left much to be desired, with visible stains on furniture and a shower door that leaked water everywhere.

Yo, this place was solid! The rooms were fresh, still had that new smell. Staff was chill and always ready to help. Breakfast was decent but could’ve used a little more love. Had a great time hangin’ with family in the common area. Can't forget how handy it was being close to all the good eats!

Super clean room, and brekkie was lekker, even if a bit basic. The staff were amazing, especially when they made an effort to get us towels right away. Felt at home with the whole family, dog included!

The Queen Suite was incredibly spacious, perfectly accommodating our family of four! We loved the large in-room office area, making it a great spot for catching up on work or planning our day. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, and enjoying it by the outdoor fire pit was just delightful!

I enjoyed my time staying at this location. The indoor pool was refreshing after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the convenience of the fitness center, allowing me to stay active during my trip. I spent some time in the shared lounge, which was a nice place to relax. The staff provided helpful information about local activities, and I was able to find relaxing local restaurants nearby. As a single art historian, I felt at ease throughout my stay.

the springhill suites was spotless and the staff were super friendly (they even helped with local dining suggestions)! the pool area was a hit with the kids, and breakfast had a nice variety (loved the fresh fruit! ).

Just a decent option for a break on a long journey in Grandville with great value. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after a long drive. If you need more breakfast options, come early or grab snacks to take back to your room.
