The hostel had a great location, close to popular tourist attractions and the subway. The staff were very friendly and professional. The beds were clean and comfortable, with lockers and outlets for charging devices. The toilets were extremely clean. The common area was lively, but you couldn't hear it from the rooms. The vintage lounge area and bar were cozy. Liked the welcoming drink upon arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hostel. The location is excellent, with two nearby stations and easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. We especially appreciated the single beds and high-quality bedding. The hostel also provided free Wi-Fi and plenty of plugs to charge our devices. a top-notch experience!

Communal bathroom not well-equipped.

I recently stayed at Grand Hostel Classic for a couple of days and it was the best hostel experience ever. The rooms are spacious and clean, with only 6 people in each room and comfortable single beds instead of bunk beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect - just a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved the cozy living room area where I could relax and meet other travelers. a fantastic stay!

Despite the negatives, the location of the hostel was quite good. It was situated in a trendy neighborhood, not far from the lively bar area and Checkpoint Charlie. It was also conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the building itself had a charming Berliner style that added to the overall ambience of the place.

The showers were a major disappointment. the water was always cold and the water pressure was extremely low.
