The spa was fab for relaxation, but the room was a bit noisy and small. Still, staff were hella friendly and made us feel at home. Chur!

Noise from nearby bars and clubs disrupts sleep!!! Lack of air conditioning results in discomfort!!! Strong drain odor in bathrooms is quite unpleasant!!! Overcrowded wellness facilities leave little room to enjoy spa amenities!!!

Our trip to Zermatt was all about exploring the stunning Matterhorn, and our stay was a perfect match for that. I loved the fabulous view we had from our room, making it a delightful spot to relax each evening. The area was tranquil during our stay, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being just a 10-minute walk from the train station and other attractions like the Walk of Climb. The cozy decor and comfortable room made the experience even better.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, ski storage, and excellent spa facilities. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, showing their dedication. I recommend enjoying the jacuzzi! I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

Centrally located, this hotel offers chic, modern rooms with stunning views, especially from the balcony. The spa facilities were a highlight, with early access granted for our little one to enjoy. Breakfast had limited options, which was a slight letdown, but the overall food quality was good, including delicious fried fish. The friendly staff enhanced our experience, making us feel welcomed with a glass of bubbles upon arrival.

Loved staying here with my friends! We enjoyed the complimentary drink tokens and a room upgrade with a Matterhorn view. We hit the Zermatt–Sunnegga Funicular and checked out the Mountaineers Cemetery. Great vibe for those wanting to party with live music and a lively atmosphere, especially during winter.
