The hotel is in a great location, with a nice view of the East Side Gallery from the room. the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed and wonderful complimentary toiletries. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, offering an early check-in and late check-out without any issues. the breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

This hotel was perfect for us, adjacent to the MB arena and close for sightseeing & clubs. The location was fantastic for what I needed, right on the stretch of the remaining Berlin Wall. The room was so comfortable, had everything we needed, and was spotless. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a really varied and lovely selection.

No improvements needed, everything was just right.

Great value for the money, the room was practical and comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and bars, and the staff were professional and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch. The hotel was very close to the train station and located right next to Mercedes Plaza, East Side Mall, River Spree, trams, buses, and major railway station Metro links. It was also easy walking distance to Alexander Plaza and directly opposite the Berlin Wall Gallery. We enjoyed the convenience of having Indigo Hotel's best-kept secret cocktail bar with a swing lounge and fine bubble wines right next door, offering panoramic balcony views of both west and east Berlin at twilight. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide selection of options. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Convenient location for concerts and visiting East Side Gallery. Hop-on, hop-off busses nearby. Good breakfast selection, including make-your-own waffles. Modern room with a view of the gallery/spree. Comfy chair and water kettle provided. Easily catered to our needs with an additional duvet.

Convenient late-night kitchen, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, superb location near major attractions.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to bars, restaurants, a mall, and a train station. the view from the hotel was also great, especially if you enjoy looking at colorful artwork. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were super nice and accommodating.

One negative aspect of my stay was that the rooms were not cleaned on the weekends, which was not communicated to us beforehand. It would have been helpful if this information was provided during check-in or in the room information.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and the floors were not properly cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. I had a fantastic stay at Hampton and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Mercedes Benz Arena, East Side Gallery, train stations, and a multitude of eating establishments. It was also conveniently close to the Wall Museum, making it an ideal base for exploring this city.

The room at Hampton was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with shops and good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious, especially the option to make your own waffles. Additionally, the view from our room overlooking the Berlin Wall was a nice touch.

Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout, from the tasteful decor in both the public areas and the rooms, to the rooms with nice views of the river. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. Finally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
