The value for money at Hanseport was excellent. The room was comfortable with a nice bathtub and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of entertainment and close to Hafen. The staff went above and beyond, giving us helpful advice on how to get to the stadium and allowing us to check in early for our concert.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a wider variety.

Attentive breakfast staff. Good selection for breakfast. Affordable for city center. Clean and quiet room. Helpful and friendly employees. Comfortable beds. Assistive directions provided. Convenient access to Fishmarket, embankment, and Old Elb tunnel. Easy airport transportation.

Great location close to nightlife and tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. the room had a comfortable bed and was relatively quiet.

The room we stayed in was dirty and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. There were some strange stains on the carpet and the walls.
