The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the town square. It was so convenient to be in the heart of everything, with all the sights and restaurants within easy reach.

I can't recommend this place enough. From the prime location to the impeccable service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

The breakfast had a good selection with fresh juice and a range of breads. the hotel is located within walking distance to the town center and shops, which was handy for last-minute xmas shopping. the room was made up daily by the housekeeping staff.

The heater in the room wasn't sufficient and we had to keep our coats on while inside. the window was also hard to close properly, so it caused a draft.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. We loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were, with spacious closets, a TV, and a mini fridge. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options including cheese, bread, fruits, warm dishes. The staff were so hospitable and helpful, making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The 24-hour reception was also a bonus, allowing us to check in easily even after midnight. We were even provided with contact numbers for local taxi companies when we needed assistance. Plus, the hotel provided guest cards which allowed us to enjoy free bus rides in the region and discounts at certain attractions. Amazing service all around!

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is also situated next to a shopping center and a large parking structure, providing convenience for guests.

I had a great stay at the Hkk Hotel in Wernigerode. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town and take trips on the Harzer Schmalspurbahn. The extensive breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and having two restaurants in the same building was convenient. The buffet restaurant was especially impressive. The hotel's cleanliness and the availability of free WiFi were also pluses.

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I was expecting a higher standard from a 4-star hotel.
