our recent stay in baden-baden was amazing, but our stay at heliopark was even better! the breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and the location was perfect with lots of bars/restaurants nearby. our room with a balcony was perfect for sunset drinks. highly recommend for couples!

Something was missing - no assistant at check-in! tired and with multiple bags, it was inconvenient.

The spa area is very good and there is a relaxing drinks area. There is also a computer and printer freely available, as well as good WiFi. The location is central and easy to find.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and assisting us with any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Plus, they had thermal water in the bathtubs, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this hotel for couples visiting the area.
