The kids enjoyed the exciting activities and friendly staff, while my wife and I relaxed by the pool.

My wife says that more shaded areas near the pool would have been ideal for families with young children.

The database provided a user-friendly interface, making it easy to search and access information quickly. the 24/7 customer support was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions or issues. the room was basic but adequate for our needs, and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to stay until 4pm, which was normally our relaxation time before dinner.

The location of our room was at the far end of the huge resort, making it a bit inconvenient to be close to the reception and restaurant area, especially for me with mobility issues.

Our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! 😱 the beach and snorkeling were super amazing, the Kids Club was fantastic, and the spacious rooms were jaw-droppingly comfortable. the friendly staff made our experience unforgettable, especially Myfa who took care of our boys. We had a BLAST with the activities hut guys, especially sailing a hobie cat! the beachfront bure was a game-changer, and the Island Hop tour was simply stunning. the facilities were top-notch, from boardwalks to bikes. Can't wait to be back for more unforgettable memories!

The location of this resort is absolutely stunning, with clear blue waters that are perfect for snorkeling and exploring the deep coral area. The addition of a new pool area at Tavola restaurant provides ample choices for swimming and relaxation. The A-la-carte menu at the Black Coral restaurant is a culinary delight, especially the Angus Fillet Steak.

There may be some restricted areas that limit access to certain facilities or amenities.

The beachfront Bures were spacious with stunning views, perfect for families. Despite limited snorkeling on-site, the clear waters were ideal for swimming and water activities. the kids club provided fun activities, and the Saturday night show was enjoyable. the restaurant's fish curry was a highlight. the rooms lacked brush and shovel amenities, and some guests experienced issues with the buffet offerings. we would recommend this hotel for families with older children.

The staff were like warm hugs on a rainy day, always ready to make your day brighter. Their kindness shone like a beacon, guiding us through the maze of activities with a smile.

The island atmosphere was great, with no TVs in the rooms. The kids enjoyed free kayaking and a water playground. Bula bikes were a must. The staff were amazing, with a warm welcome and beautiful island tunes.

There were several disappointing aspects of our weekend stay. the food was overpriced and lacked quality.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the location on the beach, allowing for breathtaking views and easy access to the crystal-clear waters. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities exceeded my expectations, and I loved that the spacious rooms were cleaned daily with a patio out front. It was also a bonus to have Dettol spray provided for added cleanliness. The breakfast included in the stay, although with limited options, was delicious, especially the hash browns.

All was fantastic, nothing to improve.
