The hotel's location near to the center with very good access to public transportation made exploring this city a breeze. It was very close to the U-Bahn, allowing me to easily get around. Additionally, being within walking distance of many Berlin attractions was a major convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the rooms being cleaned every day and all amenities provided neatly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a full kitchen in the room and good noise blocking windows. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Upon arrival, we did notice a slight smell of cigarettes in the room, but it quickly dissipated after opening the windows. We also found a couple of cigarette butts, which was a bit inconvenient.

Some rooms have balconies for additional space and fresh air. The modern decor and comfortable beds make for a pleasant stay.

We loved the fully equipped kitchenette and the modern style of the rooms. The location was great, with easy access to major sights via the nearby Underground. Despite a small issue with the WLAN, everything was spotlessly clean. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! the staff were very friendly and accommodated my requests. I loved the fact that they offered complimentary smartphones with internet service, as well as a well-stocked kitchen with every tool imaginable. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby and excellent public transportation. Plus, the balcony had a great view!

That the cleaning service could have been better. the dining table and floor were not cleaned thoroughly, and the pillows were too soft for my liking.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with just a short walk to cafes, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating, even assisting us with extending our stay. The apartment had a balcony, and the beds were comfortable. we highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, welcoming staff, and convenient location.
