the hotel had great room facilities like a coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar. the room itself was very comfortable, with a good quality mattress and a nice layout. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was really convenient and made it easy for me to explore the city.

This also seemed to affect the TV in the room, as it didn't work properly in two separate rooms. I felt that the breakfast at the hotel was overpriced at 17.50.

The hotel's proximity to the Food Hallen, with its street food options, was a definite plus. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Room Mate Bruno.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the old harbor and the dock where you could take a water taxi to the town center. Additionally, the hotel had excellent transportation options, with the closest station and metro lines located nearby.

Despite being located at the streetside, the soundproof walls ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's interior was beautifully bright and comfortable, with friendly staff to make us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room and the large terrace offering city views were impressive. a great choice for our stay in the city.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, catering to our needs with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room was spacious and well-maintained, complete with ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a flat-screen TV. We especially appreciated the little details like the in-room air conditioning and the comfortable sitting area.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The location by the bridge made for a scenic walk into the city center. Additionally, the metro station nearby made it easy to explore further afield. Truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the well-equipped gym and spa facilities.

One drawback was the lack of natural light in some rooms. It would have been nice to have more windows and natural light to create a brighter ambiance.

Receptionists helpful and polite. Quick check-in and check out process. Metro station three minutes away, delivering direct access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping destinations, and sound transportation. Reasonable prices for excellent quality.

The flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the bathroom had a hairdryer and a bath/shower. the hotel provided everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our romantic escape was simply outstanding! the hotel had such a cozy ambiance and the bed was super comfy for snuggling. the breakfast in bed and the bottle of wine they brought us on arrival were such a nice touch. the location was perfect for our needs, near public transportation that we used for visiting some museums. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, even though we were in a bustling area. Lastly, the gym and the spa amenities were bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were just a few small things that we didn't love about the hotel. Although the staff was friendly, they didn't always follow up on our requests.
