The nearest S-Bahn station is just outside the hotel, making it easy to explore everywhere in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous breakfast offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are also amenities available upon request, such as a fridge in the room.

The hotel does not have any entertainment options in languages other than German.

Cleanliness was on point, with the rooms being cleaned daily. Hotel facilities were impressive, especially the parking garage that automatically parks your car. Transportation was convenient, with a train stop right across the street for easy access to the entire city. The location was ideal, close to Aleksandra Plaz and with quick routes to both the airport and the center of the city. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff, particularly Marc the night receptionist and Betty at the morning reception, were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient.

Stayed at Holiday Inn and had a substantial breakfast, although the scrambled eggs were overcooked. the location was convenient for getting around, with trams coming every 5 minutes and a train station nearby that went to Schönefeld Airport. the staff were helpful, offering to sell the Berlin Welcome card and leaving a chocolate Santa outside our room on checkout day. the room was nice, with air conditioning, minibar, and a good size. a pleasant stay with a quiet atmosphere and plenty of breakfast options.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a tram station right next to it, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is also situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room itself was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch as well. I was very impressed with the level of service and comfort provided by this hotel.

I wish the staff could have been a bit more service-minded when I requested to change my room. However, despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
