I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the city and public transportation, especially the train station. It was also convenient to walk to the city center and the Wasserturm. The hotel itself was quite luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the modern equipment I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I spent a weekend here and loved the hotel's location which was very convenient; located right next to the central station and with easy access to various restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large bed and functional curtains. the cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options.

The check-in process was slow, with us having to wait a while before being attended to. the receptionist was not very friendly, and this made the check-in process unenjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, Miss Anastasia and Mr. Jonas, were exceptionally helpful and gave us great suggestions for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The location, just a minute away from the main train station, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and there was a lovely restaurant in the building serving Asian cuisine. The area behind the hotel leading to the river was also very pleasant.

The room at Holiday Inn City - Hauptbahnhof was super modern and great value for money. The soundproofing was amazing, I didn't hear a thing even with cars passing by outside. The location was also very convenient, right next to public transportation. Despite a few minor issues, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
