The location of the hotel is convenient for business travelers, as it is just off the motorway but far enough off to be quiet. it is very close to the expressway, making it easy to access. the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff provide excellent service. the breakfast buffet is delicious and well-stocked, and the coffee is good.

Some guests have reported that there is smoking allowed right at the hotel entrance, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch customer service at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in, allowing me to settle in comfortably after a long drive. Not only that, but they even welcomed my two dogs with open arms, making our stay hassle-free. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy both European and American tastes. The spacious parking lot was perfect for my SUV, and I appreciated the well-lit room that made it easy for me to see. The room itself was spacious enough for all my needs, and I particularly loved that it had overhead lighting. I also want to mention the convenient location, close to Ramstein Air Base, with plenty of nearby amenities. I had an excellent and comfortable stay at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The free toiletries in the room were great and the room itself was clean. the location was a convenient distance for exploring the local area and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and caused me to wake up with back pain. the breakfast selection was limited and not very tasty.
